Application process
One login from application to active reseller
The reseller application is attached to the customer’s existing account, preventing duplicate customer logins. Credit fields appear only when a credit account is selected.
Account approval does not verify a seal. Every reseller order still requires its configured domain, organization, ABN/ACN or licence checks before fulfilment.

Choose the account type, currency, contact and registered business address.

Track submitted, under-review, information-required, approved or rejected outcomes.
- 3Set up funding and API access
Deposit funds, link a card or use the approved credit limit, then generate a one-time API key.

Load the product list and live application requirements into WISECP or another billing platform.

Submit customer applications
Idempotent reseller references prevent a network retry from charging and creating the same order twice.
Complete domain callbacks
Customers receive the callback code and can check progress from the connected customer portal.
Receive outcome updates
Application, verification milestone and fulfilment emails keep customers informed as the order advances.
Display fulfilled seals
After fulfilment, the integration receives the seal code, issue and expiry dates and live certificate URL.
